Madrid, March 16, 2017 -Neteris, a management consulting and information systems company, obtains ISO 20000 certification, which accredits the quality and security of IT management and support services.
ISO 20000 certification promotes the adoption of an integrated process approach for the effective delivery of managed IT services. Its objective is to satisfy business and customer requirements through continuous improvement using the PDCA model.
Neteris has managed to obtain ISO 20000 after two years of professionalizing its services and after adapting all its processes to the requirements demanded by the regulations regarding the development and implementation of a quality management system.
The certification has been granted by AENOR after accreditation of the entire process. It recognizes the excellent quality offered by Neteris, applying best practices by having an IT service model approved with all ITIL market standards.
This achievement opens doors for the technology consulting firm, since ISO 20000 is a mandatory requirement to participate in public tenders. Likewise, to be eligible to be subcontracted by some multinationals with a turnover of more than 250 million euros per year, where it is also considered a fundamental requirement to be subject to the regulations.
“Obtaining ISO 20000 has helped us to improve our processes and ensure compliance, security and quality of our IT service management to our customers.“, comments Juan Manuel Grajera, Managing Partner at Neteris. “This certification reinforces the confidence of our customers and opens new horizons for us to reach other markets.“.
