Madrid, January 17, 2018. – Neteris, a company specialized in the implementation of business management & optimization solutions and projects aimed at digital transformation, has achieved in December 2018 the Great Place to Work,(GPTW) certification, which qualifies it as an excellent place to work.
This certification certifies that Neteris has a healthy corporate culture that guarantees the care and development of its employees, fundamental, although not unique, pillars for choosing to be an excellent place to work.
Great Place to Work is a global research, consulting and training firm that helps organizations identify, create and maintain great workplaces through the development of High Trust cultures. With more than 30 years of experience, the Great Place to Work® certification study is one of the most prestigious in the world. It aims to catalogue work environments through a complementary methodology in which, in addition to auditing the Human Resources department on management systems, policies and practices, it consults employees on aspects of the work, environment and relationships in the work environment.
Research provided by GPTW shows that certified workplaces have higher levels of innovation, higher customer satisfaction, higher levels of employee engagement and greater organizational agility.
In the words of Juan Manuel Grajera, Managing Partner of Neteris , “ This certification is the result of our integral commitment to building a corporate culture 100% oriented towards our employees, to understand that they are, together with our customers, our main asset, our only product, so the company must guarantee at all times their care and evolution, something in which we constantly invest. We knew we had made a lot of progress in recent years, but on our tenth anniversary we wanted to test ourselves by challenging ourselves to achieve GPTW certification, and now we can proudly say that We Are a Great Place to Work.”
